Yes. If you already have a tenant and just want help with ongoing rent tracking and maintenance, we offer a management-only engagement (no placement fee). Contact us to discuss.
Currently rent is paid directly by tenants into your bank account. We track payment status, send reminders, and escalate overdue accounts. Online rent collection will be added in a future phase.
Tenants raise maintenance requests through us. We coordinate with vetted contractors, get quotes approved by you (above a threshold), supervise the work, and close the ticket. You receive a photo report.
Yes — shops, offices, and mixed-use properties. Commercial leases have different dynamics and we account for them in the management agreement.
We currently cover central Nanded and all major residential areas including Vishnupuri, CIDCO, Vazirabad, Shivajinagar, New Nanded, and Naigaon. Contact us if your area is not listed.
