You must be at least 18 years of age to use Nanded Real Estate. By listing a property, you represent that you are the owner or are legally authorised by the owner to list and transact the property.

If you list on behalf of a company, trust, or partnership, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You agree that all information you provide — including property details, photographs, documents, and ownership status — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Nanded Real Estate reserves the right to remove any listing we determine contains misleading, false, or incomplete information. Deliberate misrepresentation may result in permanent account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

Listing a property on Nanded Real Estate is free. No upfront fee is charged for posting, photo upload, or basic search visibility.

For the Managed Verified Sale service, a success fee — as stated on our Pricing page and in the signed mandate — is due at the time of execution of a registered agreement to sell or property registration, whichever occurs first.

The exact success fee percentage and minimum fee for each engagement are documented in the individual signed mandate. The Pricing page shows standard rates. Government stamp duty, registration fees, and taxes are entirely separate and not covered by or included in our fee.

Where you engage Nanded Real Estate for a Managed Verified Sale or Exclusive Managed engagement, you will sign a separate mandate agreement. The mandate documents the property, agreed fee, mandate duration, exclusivity (if any), and conditions for fee waiver.

During an exclusive mandate period, the success fee applies to any confirmed sale of the mandated property — regardless of whether the buyer was introduced by Nanded Real Estate or independently by you.

Non-exclusive mandates do not carry this obligation. Refer to your individual mandate document for the applicable terms.

The Registry-Verified badge indicates that the ownership documents you provided have been reviewed and cross-checked against government records (including but not limited to IGR Maharashtra, Mahabhulekh, and NWCMC) at the time of listing.

This review is an administrative records-match. It is not a legal opinion, a title guarantee, or a warranty of clear title. India operates a deeds/presumptive registration system; government registration of a deed does not guarantee its validity.

Buyers are advised to conduct their own due diligence and to engage a qualified property lawyer before any transaction. Nanded Real Estate expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on the Registry-Verified badge as a substitute for legal due diligence.

You agree not to use Nanded Real Estate to: post fraudulent, duplicate, or non-existent properties; engage in identity fraud or impersonation; send unsolicited commercial communications; scrape or harvest data; or engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions without prior notice.

You retain ownership of all photographs, documents, and content you upload to Nanded Real Estate. By uploading, you grant Nanded Real Estate a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote that content on our platform and associated marketing channels for the duration of your listing.

The Nanded Real Estate brand, platform design, and all proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of the company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nanded Real Estate's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Nanded Real Estate in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or property damage.

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra and the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nanded, Maharashtra.

Nanded Real Estatereserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
